Free EYFS worksheets and printables
Every Edu Archives book is written for the Early Years Foundation Stage. Here is how the collection maps to the EYFS areas of learning, and where to begin.
The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework asks settings to develop children’s fine motor skills so that they can “use a range of small tools, including scissors, paintbrushes and cutlery” and “begin to show accuracy and care when drawing” by the end of Reception. It also asks for gross motor skills: balance, core strength and the posture needed to sit and write. Our free EYFS worksheets and printables are built around exactly these goals.
Unlike a single worksheet download, each Edu Archives title is a short book of related pages with a how-to-use page for the adult, so one print covers a week or two of continuous provision, finger-gym sessions or home practice. All 97 books (739 pages) are free PDFs with no sign-up.

Frequently asked questions
Are these EYFS worksheets free to use in a nursery or school?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own setting. The only thing we ask is that you link to this site rather than re-uploading the PDFs elsewhere.
Which EYFS area of learning do the worksheets cover?
Physical Development (fine and gross motor skills) is the core. Several books also support Mathematics (shape, counting, patterns), Literacy (letter formation and letter sounds) and Expressive Arts and Design (fingerprint art and collage).
Do EYFS children need worksheets at all?
Little and often, alongside play, they help. Our books are designed as play: rolling playdough, dabbing dots, cutting paper and tracing paths. Each one starts with a notes page that explains how to keep it playful.
